In this lecture, we will deal mainly with the physical properties of polymers.  The statistics of polymer chain, crystallization, dynamics, mechanical properties, transition and relaxation in amorphous polymers will be covered. In addition, some of recent hot issues on the physical properties of nanoscale science will also be given.
