To gain basic knowledge on Linear Algebra, which is a prerequisite for almost all engineering fields. Through the class, students will learn about matrix operations, including Gaussian elimination, matrix inverse and determinant, algebraic concepts like eigenvalues, eigenvectors and positive definite matrices, and geometric concepts such as vector spaces and orthogonality of vectors.
