When society evolves, leadership plays a main role to set a vision, direction and scope of desirable change of the society and management is the process of achieving the goal effectively.
The world is facing the radical waves: globalization, rising of IT and divergence of technology and culture. Therefore, to lead the change in this dynamic era, leadership and management should be revised properly with new perspective.
The primary objective for this course is to explore requirement of revised leadership and management and to improve the traits of global leader.

    - Attendance: 10% (minus 1grade per 3 absences)
- Class Activity: 10% (more 2 times presentation personally in this class)
